In
our ever changing world of real estate the best advantage a buyer
or seller can create for him or herself is chosing a realtor with

as being one of the few realtors with the CRES designation in Canada.
As a CRES member I have pledged to a code of professional standards
which include being well informed and knowledgeable, fair and reasonable
and confidential in all real estate dealings. I was nominated for
citizen of the year for Fort St. John. In a vote by other realtors
from Fort St. John they voted myself as the realtor they would choose
if they did not use themselves in the purchase or sale of real estate.
